Sharing

Candidate information is shared with employers only in the context of an active recruitment engagement. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and access

Terms of Service

Scope of services

Job Ventures provides job posting and distribution, recruitment advertising, candidate database access, sourcing and shortlisting, recruitment support and career education programs, as described at the time of order.

Orders and payment

Each service is ordered at the price listed. Work begins once the scope is confirmed in writing and payment terms are agreed.

Employer responsibilities

Employers are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the role information they submit, including compensation details, requirements and equal opportunity compliance.

Results

Job Ventures delivers recruitment infrastructure and support. We do not guarantee a specific hire, application volume or candidate acceptance.

Refund Policy

Before work begins

01

Any service may be cancelled for a full refund before the listing is published, the campaign is launched or sourcing work has started.

After work begins

02

Once a listing is live, a campaign has started delivering or sourcing is underway, refunds are prorated against the portion of the engagement already delivered.

Campaign media

03

Advertising spend already placed with distribution channels is non-refundable, as it is committed at the moment of delivery.

Send the order reference and the reason to info@job-ventures.com. Requests are reviewed within five business days.
